We want you to join us for a month of moving!
Throughout the first 4 weeks of March, stay active with the whole Oasis family from Southampton all the way to Sheffield! We want you to keep track of how many minutes exercise you can do throughout March, and at the end of the 4 weeks, your PE teacher will be able to share a link with you to fill out your fitness diary!
500-100+ minutes of activity will get you a guaranteed Bronze, Silver or Gold Certificate!
We'll also be running weekly competitions to get involved in. These are:
- Week 1 – What is longest plank you can do?
- Week 2 – How many sit ups can you do in 1 minute?
- Week 3 – How many squats can you do all week?
- Week 4 – How many star jumps can you do in 1 minute?
On social media tag @OasisAcademies or the academy social handles, and use the hashtag #OCLMinutesMoving to get your photos/videos re-posted by the national team, or send your photo to the academy with permission we can post it on our social media on your behalf! There will also be lots of posts going out throughout March so keep an eye out and don’t forget to tag us in your #HealthySelfie!
